Toujours problème pour avoir connexion. Vraiment pas facile, no plus rapide qu’avant. Finalement, tout à coup, on arrive et on ne croit même pas, autant on a passé du temps à essayer et encore réessayer. Un circule jaune, bleu et rouge cassé, qui tourne et ne fini jamais de tourner et on peut passer l’après-midi à le re regarder sans connexion.

When logging in the app takes you to the EU login application once you’re there the EU login application redirects you to your default search engine instead of the application. If you manage to login the application is very slow to load, I haven’t managed to use it/get any use of it at all so far.

The “save” buttons that show up on upper corners (left and right) don’t work properly and are a bit exasperating. I tried them in different phones and the problem persists. One must press ten times before the operation takes place. Please fix that before someone suffers a heart-attack.

Very easy, light design, user friendly and yet complete when you know how to use it! The one star reviews I just read all go to show that they were written by people unable to use the app correctly. It’s common for digitally clumsy people to blame the tech instead of themselves. I’ve seen it a lot of times, especially in the EU Institutions.

Very useful app, helps me to handle many requests without the need of the laptop and to open several systems. Keep up the great work.

Makes things so much easier than before! Goodbye scanning of invoices, now all I have to do is fill out 3-4 fields with info and take a picture of the bill with my phone camera. I also like having all my claims, reimbursements, certificates etc in my phone, always at hand.
