ezAlmanacOne - ezAlmanacOne generates Nautical Almanac pages from 1961 thru 2059 and all six volumes of Ho229. The expert functions help you perform full sight reductions and many other navigational tasks using the almanac and Ho229 pages exactly as you would do it manually - teaching (or reminding) you the steps to perform manual celestial navigation without taking expensive classes. ezLunarsOne - “Taking Lunars” is a technique to determine universal time by measuring the angle between another navigational object and the Moon. It was necessary for celestial navigation before accurate and affordable timepieces were available. The pre-computed lunar distance tables were last printed in the Nautical Almanac in 1906. ezLunarsOne now brings them back! It is still one of the most challenging celestial navigation techniques, but now anyone can do it with ease. Like ezAlmanacOne, ezLunarsOne allows the tables to be easily printed to do lunars manually using just the tables and techniques from 1906.
