Es increíble que una marca como Fermax que debe ser market líder en vídeoporteros dañe su reputación con sistemas tan pobres como este. Muy decepcionante. A pesar de las supuestas mejoras sigue siendo un sistema y una app pesimos.

Poco intuitivo, para abrir el portal, desliza hacia la derecha..ok. para abrir la verja desliza hacia camera, espera un segundo, pincha otro boton para abir funciones adicionales, espera y pincha boton para abrir. horrible

This application and the system is on of the worst. If you are looking for an intercom, this is not recommended. Look for something more advance with technology this can be found. This app barely work properly and keeps hanging up. Additionally, the application and meet by fermax doesn’t provide any integration with home kit, home assistant or any other smart home hub. Disaster

App randomly will stop working; making me unable to answer calls or open doors. Since an update, I’m now able to answer calls, but still lack the ability to unlock myself. It’s very annoying. The customer support is useless - haven’t had a reply but I see they found the time to add me to a mailing list I didn’t sign up for.

I would've given it 0 star if I could! We installed Fermax at our residential building about 9 months ago, since then we have had a lot of issues with the intercom as well as the app. The app is simply awful the way it's been designed with poor user interface, double sign up process and slow responsiveness. Besides this, their after sales support is also very useless, seems like bunch of people stuck with 1990s technology. Definitely recommend staying away from Fermax and their app, it's one of those old school companies which has been around for too long and they will be disrupted real soon with the way they operate.

The entry system worked really well for our gated community for several years. However I can’t update my app so can no longer open gate from my phone for couriers to leave parcels etc when I’m not in. We have a user name and password written on our console at home but the App Store doesn’t recognise it, nor any of our email addresses even though subscriptions are up to date. Can’t find any system to ask for assistance from Fermax.

Nunca ha funcionado bien, pero con la nueva actualización cuando te llaman y descuelgas solo se ve la imagen, no puedes escuchar ni abrir, tienes que colgar y llamar desde la aplicación a la placa para poder hablar y abrir. Muchas veces no localiza la placa poniendo el mensaje “ Hubo un problema con la llamada, inténtalo más tarde”!! Como si la gente cuando llama, tuviese todo el tiempo del mundo para esperar que tu telefonillo funcione!! ¡¡INCREÍBLE!!
