When I first signed up no issues booking classes. When I changed my phone it will not allow me to log in :-( the keyboard won’t stay on to allow me to type in details!!!

Just downloaded the app to book classes but it says the email isnt valid dispite having the membership, how do i fix this?

So as you know.. sometimes you change your mind, 2 hours before the class was up, I tried to cancel the booking I made, made the booking very late last night and decided to change my mind in the morning, but... got hit with the “member_classes.list.preventionCancellation” meaning I am unable to my own bookings in the “manage my bookings” section of the app, seriously, this is very annoying. I even woke up to try and cancel. Emailed my gym.. hopefully they check the emails regularly. But only book if you can definitely go as trying to cancel a class is like asking for a refund from the tax man! So darn difficult although it should of been smooth sailing to cancel as it’s easy to book classes.. not to cancel. Please sort this app out or make a actual simply gym app, all the others gyms have apps that are up to date. Your behind the times! The stats option doesn’t work either.. The request work out doesn’t work. Cancel a class doesn’t work and feels like you get penalized for canceling. I am really struggling here to see what is the point of the app. The app is very under developed and very cheap.. The only thing that works is changing your picture and making a class booking. That’s all. Hopefully this app will get a major update or simply gym will make there own official app that functions properly.

Hi be downloaded this 3 times and it doesn’t actually do anything. Considering I need it to book in to my gym when it opens it’s rather inconvenient. There is no way of accessing this app as there are no prions given to me to do anything once downloaded

Good app to book a training during Corona times. Would be very useful to have the day with the dates in the group training agenda

Good for booking classes but would expect them to then come up in activity log. The arrow that bounces above the ‘+’ is THE most irritating thing... it doesn’t need to be there!

Over a year later since I first tried and many updates and this app is still pointless can record a stat or set up a plan or log anything in fact ,
