Not worth the money. No customer support. Responses seem AI generated. The device failed out of the box. The app recognized errors yet recommended 2:47am as the ideal time to weigh myself. Readings often failed. Arm and leg weights varied from 3-10 pounds. My overall muscle weight was 10 or more pounds less than the Dexa scan. Breast tissue was also counted into the fat ratio. The width of the hand held device causes contact with breast tissue, thus the arm and trunk can both be incorrect. The only way to not have breast tissue contact is a tight bra or bending arms so there is no arm-breast contact. I followed the “stock” email directions which basically reiterated out of the box directions. When I deleted the app and my data was erased. I took screenshots and needed them to request a return label for the device device. After reinstall and logging in, I received error messages for a week or more. Not one reading saved due to the error message. Customer service took 7 days to respond. I work out 8-11 hours per week with weights, cardio, Lagree, rowing and yoga. I burn a lot of calories and have peek elevated heart rates. I track with the Apple Watch but don't wear it to sleep. The HUME app is basic. It says I need to exercise more and sleep more. It doesn't have settings to turn off sleep for its calculations. I currently have an inoperable device that failed out of the box. If you have a defective device you will need screen shots. You will receive generic and delayed customer responses to delete and reinstall. Customer service seems understaffed and heavily reliant on AI. They delay responses using up the 30 day return. The office hours to respond to emails or chat are minimal with 3 closed holidays during my 30-day window. Shame on them.

I have had the Body Pod a little over two weeks. When the app stays connected to the Pod I like the detailed information available at my fingertips. However, I have already had to contact support once, and reinstall the app three times. It has never worked more than three days in a row.

The scale is good and seems accurate. What I don’t like about it is a subscription to finally get all their stats put together for you in a health picture. I have subscription fatigue, and if it didn’t work at all without the subscription, I wouldn’t recommend it. Without the subscription service requirement to get full use of the machine, it would’ve been five stars.
