Ignitai combines all your extracted data into one file—even if it comes from multiple documents. It will create a single CSV or Excel spreadsheet containing all your data.
Our advice is to tweak the prompts until you get the exact result you want. We have provided examples of prompts to guide you in the app, but you are only limited by your imagination and creativity. This app uses generative AI; guide it however you want.
For example, here is a prompt for receipts: “This are receipts. Extract the store name, purchase date, purchase time, each item purchased with quantity, description, and price, plus subtotal, tax, and final total amount.”

****Give one instruction at a time and group similar documents together. For instance, handle receipts separately from invoices. This helps Ignitai understand and process each type of document accurately.
****When you have multiple receipts, provide instructions specifically for those receipts (e.g., “Extract store name, date, etc.”). Then, if you have invoices, give a separate instruction for those.
