Mobile data charges may also apply. FAQs Who can use the app? Anyone with a Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi and/ or Globe At Home Postpaid Broadband account can use this app. How do I begin using the app? After downloading the app, proceed to install the app on your device and follow the displayed steps for verification. Afterwards, please nominate a PIN to secure your account. I have multiple Globe At Home Broadband accounts. Can I enroll all of them in the app? Sure! But you'll need to log out first and then go through the account verification process every time you want to switch accounts in the app. Can I use multiple devices for one Globe At Home account? Multiple devices can download the app to access a single account, but each will have to go through the security verification process. I can’t log in/I’ve forgotten my PIN. What can I do to access the app? Under the prompt to input your pin, you can click on the “Forgot your pin” option to restart the verification process and create a new pin for the application. I’m not receiving my PIN for verification. How can I verify my account? The mobile number and/ or email linked to your account may not be updated in our records. I was trying to upgrade my plan and checked my location in the globe at home app and it said it wasn't available but when I contacted an agent, they said that it was available in my area. I hope you fix this problem.

Trying to run the in-app troubleshooting tool to report a problem on my internet. doesn't seems to work.

This app is currently (2021) still a piece of trash. It’s slow. It’s always down. Always having technical difficulties. Please do Globe justice, app developers. Make it work as it’s supposed to. It has a lot of promise but so far, it’s not working out so well. It’s frustrating to use, to say the least.

FURTHERMORE! HAVING TO UPDATE THIS APP ABBOUT EVERY WEEK OR BE DENIED USAGE ON MY IPAD IS ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS! I JUST BOUGHT A NEW G@H a couple days ago, after having given my old one to my nephew & wife. was hoping to be able to use the app for both devices till they get familiar with the app on their phone. IMAGINE my surprise after having loaded their device just a few days ago AFTER HAVING TO UPDATE THEN having to update yet again, and that after having to update last month and the month before that! This review APPLIES TO ANDROID VERSION YOU HAVE MADE IT USELESS by making it gcash only and requiring a "yes" sent in answer to an SMS. ARE YOU ON DRUGS? your app does not access sms on the modem! You're app applies to aMODEM not a cellphone! THE MODEM IS NOT A CELLPHONE . Do you have any idea what that means? Get your head outa your butt and THINK! The globe@home app runs on a cellphone but you're loading TO a MODEM! I found a text message on my phone that said HOMESURF 199 sent to 29547****** my modem! You sent the request to load HOMESURF 199 TO my cellphone not to globe 8080 WAKE UP!!

The app always shows its having difficulties upon opening for more than a month. I updated the app and it still shows the same error message.

This app is useless, its kept saying, its updating the system for one whole month. I deleted this app. Besides being very slow. Its crap. Improve it by a ton pls.

Your app is always down and doesn’t work whenever I open it. “we’re experiencing technical difficulties.” And that shows everyday. So what’s the point of having this app in the first place? And the thing is it was never fixed.
