Results have been proven time and time again over decades, starting with Mark Berry's original 5x5 in the 1930s, Reg Park in the 1950s, Bill Starr in the 1970s, and the many versions you see today. ● Full-body workouts that target every muscle with only 3 exercises ● Free weight, barbell exercises you can do in every gym - no need to wait for a specific machine. ● Easy exercises that teach you to master proper form ● Progressive weekly weight increase ● Rest days for optimal recovery and muscle mass building ● Warm-up and stretches to stay injury-free Upgrade to the Premium version to get better results and stay injury-free. J’étais abonné à Freeletics pendant plusieurs mois mais après avoir testé cette application j’ai annulé mon abonnement chez eux ! Super simple à utiliser et des résultats visibles rapidement avec de la volonté!! Si vous voulez fondre ou prendre de la masse en trackant votre activité vous ne le regretterez pas.

L’app qu’il me fallait pour alterner avec une autre méthode, je connaissais pas le 5x5. J’ai fait ma première séance et il y a l’air d’y avoir pas mal d’entraînements types.

Ah tout simplement parfait pour moi ! Un vrai coach. Cette app m’a aidé à tenir ma bonne résolution de 2020 et mon programme sportif sans douleur . Ai vite pris l’abonnement pour avoir étirements et échauffements. Je ne regrette rien . Merci 😍

I’ve tried different isolation lifting methods over the years and without a doubt I’ve had the best results with this workout method. User-friendly well designed - this app does everything for you. Just follow the workouts, reps and sets, add weight little by little on the classic compound exercises like squat deadlift bend over row and many more - and see real results. Simple but efficient to grow muscle and strength. Big thanks to the developer

Been using this app since it came out and I can already see I am making some steady muscle and strength gains. I can easily follow my progress sessions after sessions. No specific and long musculation programs needed just follow the app and add weight little by little. Great app I recommend it!! 💪
