I had to install a Sense Guard after a water leak on the insistence of our insurers. The issue is that it constantly drops its WiFi connection & there's no pattern to it. I've not had a month when the connection has remained stable, & so far it's dropped twice this month. Resetting the connection is also a hit & miss affair - sometimes it works 1st go, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts to succeed. Sometimes the app says it's been reconnected, but the yellow LED is flashing on the Guard. And sometimes the LED is blue but the app says the connection has been lost! And note this Sense Guard is less than 2 metres from a hardwired access point which is connected directly to our router by Ethernet cable. And I've also thrown out 4 water Sense units - useless as their AAA batteries lasted less than 2 weeks. To me this has all the hallmarks of a yet another hardware company failing to understand software!

Der Service ist mehrfach die Woche über einen längeren Zeitraum down, weswegen die App mich Funktionen. Ich werde nun unseren Grohe sense Guard auf Kosten von Grohe wieder ausbauen lassen, da der Mangel seit Wochen besteht und die Funktion nicht gegeben ist. Meist wird auf die Support Website von Grohe Sense verwiesen, die aber auch down ist.

Ho questo dispositivo da 2 anni e ancora non sono riuscita a connettere questa maledetta app. Speso soldi e tantissimo tempo inutilmente con tecnici per capire che problemi avesse con wifi e non siamo riusciti a connetterla. Il dispositivo risulta quindi inutilizzabile. È una follia che un dispositivo cosi caro e importante dipenda da un’ app COSI MALFATTA!!!!!! Dopo aver aperto diversi ticket con l’assistenza clienti mi è stato semplicemente detto di aggiornare l’app (grazie tante). Tante illusioni e promesse e spreco di soldi e di tempo.

Bei Installation eines neuen Gerätes kann bei Einstellungen kein Raum ausgewählt werden, Feld ist inaktiv. Somit kann die Installation n ich’s fortgesetzt werden. App ist also nicht zu gebrauchen

Ich lasse meinen Aquarienunterschrank mit Aussenfilter mit einem Sense Wassermelder überwachen. Die Einbindung des Geräts in die App war absolut nahtlos und der erste Eindruck war echt gut. Nun werde ich aber im Wochentakt abgemeldet und eine Neuanmeldung ist nicht möglich, da die Eingabemaske einfach nicht erscheint, resp. einfach weiss bleibt. Scheint sich um dasselbe Problem wie vor 2 Jahren zu handeln. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob Eure Entwickler ihren Lohncheck wert sind… Echt schade.

Horrible app! Shuts off water multiple times a day. No notification. And also absolutely no log as to why it turns off. Utter useless and just annoying. Thought the whole point was to let you know WHY water is being shutoff? Not just shutting off for no reason.

This company has a very poor support system. They’re very difficult to get in front of when you have a problem.

Ständige Verbindungsabbrüche, eine App die mir rät die Geräte neu zu koppeln, ein Kundendienst der mir nach zwei Stunden antwortet dass die App ein Problem hat und sowohl das koppeln nicht funktioniert als auch der Schutz des Heims nicht vorhanden ist. Bisher hat mich diese Technik nicht geschützt sondern nur geärgert. Ein kurzer Hinweis in der App dass externe Probleme vorliegen wäre nicht nur eine Entlastung für den Kundenservice sondern auch für den Kunden. Seit nun 24 Stunden funktioniert die App mal wieder nicht und damit eben auch das gesamte System. Wirklich schlecht gelöst. Nachdem das Problem mit. Dem Server nun gelöst wurde, melden die Senses nicht mehr im Fall einer Störung. Ich verstehe auch nicht warum diese Dienste über einen externen Server laufen müssen, das ganze wäre viel zuverlässiger, wenn die Meldungen und Abschaltungen auch lokal funktionieren würden… Es ist so langsam wirklich zum verzweifeln, wie soll man so einem System vertrauen?

Eigentlich eine schöne App, die brav ihren Dienst erfüllt. Lästig allerdings, dass das Badge Icon auch nach dem Bestätigen einer Warnung nicht automatisch zurückgesetzt wird. Nur das Killen und Neustarten der App hilft - bis zum nächsten Mal. Bitte fixt das endlich!
