Many women experience difficulties holding in urine after giving birth, for example while running, jumping on a trampoline or when laughing, sneezing or coughing. It is scientifically proven that pelvic floor exercises have a significant effect on incontinence, both before, during and after pregnancy. But as with any training, it’s all about getting started as soon as possible and training both properly and regularly. Appen er virkelig nem at bruge, og så er den genial ift. at huske at træne bækkenbunden. Jeg bruger den i bussen, i bilen, om morgenen, når jeg lige har nogle minutter til rådighed. Den er genial, tak!

Jeg har brugt denne app i månedsvis, og min bækkenbund er blevet så stærkt. Anbefaler alle kvinder med/uden børn at bruge denne app. Det er værd at bruge de penge på den, for du får en bækkenbund så stærk som du var teenager igen.

Jeg har før prøvet at få lavet Knibeøvelser, men det har været uoverskueligt. Appen gør det nemt og overskueligt og ikke mindst, så gør den, at jeg får det gjort.

Har hørt om den fra en læge. Den kom i god tid. Der jeg er født for 2 md siden og var i gang selv bækkenbund øverlser. Men appen gjorede det nemnere og sjovere for mig at træne min bækkenbund😊👍🏻

Da jeg åbnede første gang, kunne jeg se menuen og vælge i troen, som jeg så. Derefter kan jeg kun se forsiden i få sekunder, hvorefter app’en går i sort. Der er ikke noget brugbart system til problemrapportering.

Super go app. Nem at bruge og let at følge øvelserne. Og dejligt med noget at forholde sig til og bruge som trænings makker til noget jeg ellers aldrig får gjort.

Rigtig god, nem at følge og oplæseren har en dejlig klar og tydelig stemme og der tales i et godt tempo. Her snart 5 år efter fødsel bruger jeg den stadig regelmæssigt!
