Sound and audio isn’t great my customer all say they have a hard time hear me some say I sound like a robot when I’m talking….i live in a major city my service is great so it’s not that because when I talk to other ppl out of the app it’s just fine

Despite the reviews, I’ve only had problem maybe once or twice with setting it up. If you’re on iOS. You need to set the app as your main phone in the settings. Along with setting up “Unconditional Call Forwarding”. Basically a type of forwarding option that sends all calls to the number without your phone ringing. Giving access to the app to screen all calls, except your contacts(as long as you give it access to your contacts). It automatically records and transcribes your phone calls. I love the fact that it has the options to leave your name out of the greeting, and letting the caller know that they’re being recorded since it services a voicemail inbox too. They have a decent tutorial that works most of the time, you just have to make sure you select the correct cell service provider. Cause not all providers use the same forwarding short codes. This is the first app I’ve come across that actually gives you those options. That along with its own database from their original app Hiya Caller ID, no calls will get thru unless it’s an actual person that actually needs to talk to you. The subscription is fairly priced in my opinion, it could be a little lower since other apps like RoboKiller are still comparable apps with blocking text messages too. I still use Robokill for text blocking, have this for phone calls.

Didn’t know I needed this, now I can’t go back. Really great for my work calls. Gives me awesome call summaries so I don’t have to write down things anymore! Also love the call screening!

I do not want my legitimate outgoing or incoming calls transcribed. This is a huge privacy breach, I have deleted this app.

The idea of this app is great. Have an AI answer your calls and filter out the spam. This part of the app works really well. However, the call quality is atrocious. People can barely understand what I’m saying and there is a huge delay on a lot of calls that makes it impossible to have a conversation.

Many times the transcript of a call is incorrect. It will substitute a word with a similar sounding word with a complete different meaning. You must assert effort to use distinctive, enunciation of vowel in each word distinctly. God forbid a person speaking English as a second language.

I downloaded this app about a week ago and it was great and then all of a sudden it just stopped working not answering calls not announcing nothing so obviously I’m getting rid of this thing during the trial. So I don’t have to pay for it. It seems to be working again, but sometimes it’s difficult to hear
