Wenn man Belohnungen nicht erhält, sieht man sich einer KI gegenüber, die kein bisschen hilfreich ist. Auf der Supportseite, die man hierüber findet, ist noch nicht mal das Spiel aufgeführt.

I use to love playing this game but ever since the latest update it has become harder for me to just land on the object that will help me get coins to spin. I could have 20,000 spin chances yet every time I spin I land on nothing and I end wasting away all my spins with not even 2 or 4 wins whatsoever. That’s really frustrating. And if there is group tournaments for example the merry-go-round I can’t seem to win any points to even participate and if I do win it’s not even a lot like before. Just going to uninstall at this point. Very disappointed.

You can’t protect yourself. The game doesn’t respect us as players. You will get attacked and destroyed in a few hours or maybe in a day at most. The shields don’t protect you at all. It doesn’t matter if you build a village completely or some parts of your mansions. Your mansions will get destroyed very quickly as 4,5,6 shields aren’t enough to keep your mansions save. Only if you play the game every single day, and every four or five hours you’ll be able to protect your mansions. The main negative aspect of the game is the reward system. The mansions cost a lot of billions coins, and the wheel only offers you a couple of million coins per spin, even if you bet high, I am talking about 500 or 1000 spins per bet. Only if you bet 3000 per spin and you get lucky enough to have the chance to raid, you will get a decent amount of coins to build some items of your mansions. Spinning and spinning and spinning again hundred or even thousand of times to build a mansion is a lot of effort. You made me to increase my bet and then I got ran out of spins. It takes forever to build mansions. They are too expensive This game isn’t any better with the magic cards. You get hardly magic cards. 95% of the time you will get duplicate cards. The escalation cost per mansion put me off. I made some purchases on the game, but what I got was not worthy at all. Sorry, but I deleted the game a few months ago. My negative review will not change anything. There is nothing or almost nothing rewarding on the game. These casual games are easy to play, but you don’t have any control of these kinds of games. You build a mansion completely and then you can brag. Bragging ??? The game let me win Everything is manipulative random. I don’t have the feeling to win anything. The rewards I can possibly get are pure lucky. No skills, no brain, just spinning and hope for the best.

I’d give this game less than one star if I could. Their idea is customer service is trash. They might answer eventually if you’re lucky. It will always be an obviously scripted note. The messages I got didn’t even make sense. None of my questions were answered and nothing was fixed. The game says you get to choose your team, you do not. It’s chosen for you then they tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ve given up on this game completely. No part of it is worth the frustration. My point has been made even clearer by the partial and disingenuous response by the developer five months after the original issue. So I reiterate, the customer service is trash. I was well aware of the parameters so telling me how it should have been is uncomfortably unhelpful.
