After having done thorough research on the probabilities with a large group of people on the Wish Summon and Sacred Wheel pull chance, it has been concluded with certainty that the chances given in-game for many of these gamemodes don't add up and are false. This manipulative and malicious act of misleading the playerbase in order to have them spend more on events and extort them from money is unacceptable and disgusting. Alongside the increasing chances of receiving certain heroes in Faction Summon (Poseidon) and in Hero Summon (Hawkins), while also making the chances for newer released heroes at 0% while still displaying at having a 0.0372% chance of being pulled such as Sovereign, Collapse, Darkness, Incinerus, Balance and 0.0419% for Lucadia, Yi and Wukong. This behaviour is absolutely disgusting and should be easily fixable but has thus far not be done. It is asked that such a large company who has been enacting these practices for 3+ years should cease this at once to avoid massive consequences for continuing this illegal behaviour. If the response to this message will be an automated response that is identical to ones that are being sent to other commanders, it will be seen that the game and Bingchuan themselves have 0 care for the playerbase and community of X-Hero and indeed condone the acts of fraud and extortion of people. I truly hope that these suggestions are taken to heart and will actually reach the higher-ups of X-Hero and motivate them to make a chance to improve their game. Thank you for your time to read these suggestions!

Great experience have been playing it for more than a year now .. reason for only 4 star is everything requires payment.. if you can include additional things without payment experience would be great

Waste of time as we spend lots of time gathering diamonds and all other items and in return all we get is return is some low tier heroes now matter how many summons you do all you get us junk nothing else
