With VideoVault as a companion app, you could record your EMDR experience after a session. Recommended is to use the 3rd option in Video Topics used for problem solving. Don't set a lockdate, by setting it to the current time. This way you can always re-watch the recording and possible learn from it, whenever you have time or at the start of your next EMDR session.
