The Moj Telekom application contains all important information about consumption, services and bills, and it also enables easy payment of monthly bills and the purchase of vouchers and options anytime and anywhere.
What can I do in the app?
Check your consumption and costs
Monitor your data and minute consumption, as well as paid bills and standing orders in real time. In the app, you can always check your account balance, react in time and top up your voucher or change your tariff.
Pay your bills quickly and easily
Pay your bills quickly, easily and free of charge with a credit or debit card and Apple Pay. The archive of paid and unpaid bills is located in the Payment category so that you can track your monthly expenses over a longer period of time. If you want to pay your bill in other ways, download it in PDF format with data and a barcode.
Use exclusive benefits
Join the Magenta Moments benefits program in the app, collect hearts and exchange them for exclusive experiences, prize games and events that we regularly prepare for you.
Enjoy discounts and gifts
For all users of the Moj Telekom app, regardless of the benefits program, we regularly prepare surprises such as unlimited internet as a gift, we provide discounts on surfing options and we ensure a more favorable price for the device.

Change the name of your home Wi-Fi network, determine which devices have access to it, pause the internet for the entire household or limit its use by time. You don't have to be at home to manage your home network, you do it via the app.

We are always available to you. If there are no live agents available, an always available chatbot will respond to the chat - it knows all the data about your consumption and readily answers the other most common queries.
