Better than other network apps in my experience, however there needs to be an option to remain logged in, or at least make login automatic using Face ID. Being logged out so regularly is quite frustrating. In addition a data usage widget would be an amazing feature.

Useless, every time I go to use the app it has logged me out. Lots of people reporting this but still not fixed!

I scheduled a port to take place a few days after activating since I was away and could not afford to lose reception Port did happen at all. Support said it was a glitch and submitted the port for me to take place next business day. Port worked but now my account is closed and I can’t get it open after chatting a few times with support team. Have deleted my app a few times to clear out whatever left over cache. Still not working. No comment on reception but this whole porting experience and closure of account leaves a lot of room for improvement. Can’t lose my number so moving on.

I’m Absolutely fed up with this app when i open the app I have to login if it hasn’t been opened for awhile it’s got to the point now that I don’t bother with it

This company is amazing I’ve been using smarty for over 5 years now I recomend anybody to use this firm they have great deals for everyone to use brilliant prices that won’t break your purse

Love the idea, pricing is reasonable and transparent. Sadly, they use the three network which has been, in my experience, practically unusable, certainly in Oxford and London. Doesn’t even connect to 5G most of the time on an iPhone 14 pro. The chat service for the resolution of problems is good, but the app doesn’t notify you when you have a new message, meaning you have to keep it open non stop. There were also issues transferring my number initially, but these were sorted promptly. I have no doubt in the ethos and the honest attempt to make a better service provider, but the reception quality is simply unusable poor sadly.

The support is beyond painful!!! They wiped out my son’s number by porting my number over it. At this point I’ve been trying to get his number recovered and I can’t even get to the point of resolving the issue because you have to jump through so many hoops before they’ll even start to help you, over 30 mins answering questions to prove I’m the account owner!!! It’s beyond ridiculous!!

Basic, but does everything you need it to. However, it’s very annoying having to re-enter login details after every app update. I then always get a “new login” email when it’s clearly just the same phone I’ve used.

Have been unable to get in to the app since I activated my new sim. Keep requesting sign in link to be told ‘link has already been used’. On the plus side the mobile signal is great.
