Are you looking for a fun educational app for your kid to learn the letters of the alphabet? “ABC for Kids” is an all-in-one app for children between 1 and 8 years old that are in kindergarten, in preschool or going to school, and this app will help your kid to learn Russian basics. This app helps children develop their vocabulary and their perception of objects and beings.
The Kids will learn in an interactive mode about the:
- Alphabet - learn the alphabet and the letter pronounciation;
- Numbers - identify numbers from 0 to 9;
- Animals: Domestic Animals, Wild Animals, Aquatic Animals, Birds, Insects - discover the world through beatiful images of animals and their specific sounds;
- Colors - see and learn the basic colors;
- Shapes - explore common recognisable shapes;
- Vegetables - teach kids about the vegetables and how they look;
- Fruits - identify fruits and play with them;
- Transportation - see many of the transportation choices that are available to the mankind;
- Musical Instruments - enjoy the sounds of marvellous musical instruments;
- Flowers - learn what nature has to offer us through colourful flowers;
- Professions - understand the basic jobs such as policeman, soldier, medic,etc.;
- Tools - what tools can be used inside a house?
- Sports - is your kid going to be a big sports enthusiast? See what sport activities she/he might like;
- Sweets - who doesn’t love a sweet, what does your kid like?
- Objects - explore a list of common objects that kids will lear fast.
The images are accompanied by the pronunciation in the Russian language and other specific sounds.
The voice sounds (female voice) are professionally recorded in studio.
The App has three sections:
1. Learn - browse through the various educational items or let the app play them automatically for you. Kids can press on the images and the corresponding sounds will play.
2. Test - test your skills per each category
Choose between four images in order to find the correct one.
3. Play - test your skills on multiple categories.
Choose between a mix of 16 categories to find one by one the correct items.
The Free app provides access to :
- the Learning Module - Letters, Numbers, Animals
- the Testing Module - Letters, Numbers
- the Game - first two levels of the game
Information personalized to the children’s need of discovery, together with new tests and games will be added periodically to the list of interactive tools.
You can use the app on all your devices: iPhone, iPad or iPod touch (minimum iOS 5.0 is needed).
