This app is intended for entertainment purposes only. It isn't a professional instrument. The app detects ferromagnetic metals like steel and iron using the iPhone's built-in compass feature. Also works as Electrosmog (EMP) detector. HOW IT WORKS: This app measures magnetic field value using the built-in magnetic sensor that is built into your device. The magnetic field level(EMF) in nature is about 49μT(micro tesla) or 490mG(milli gauss); 1μT = 10mG. If there is any metal in the area, the strength of the magnetic field should increase. Sometimes, this app used to find electrical wires in walls and iron pipes in the ground. HOW TO USE: Usage is simple: Open this app on your device, and move it around. The magnetic field level will constantly fluctuate. That's it! Simple and intuitive interface, and this absolutely free! It's real metal detector, but work with only magnetic metal (such as steel, iron, etc.) Also works as Electrosmog (EMP) detector. You can check at any time of the day the electromagnetic fields to which you are subjected: railways, electrical wire, antennas, electronic appliances emit radiation that damage our organism, with this app you can learn about them and make prevention! Best sensitivity near the camera on your iOS Device. Tip: Shake for calibration}

This tool save me some precious time when it come ti check if solenoid valves are active or not. No more screwdriver that barely magnet to coil or magnet to everything to false the reading... It can check 10 valve in 5 secondes! Great tool!

This is a great app and works very well when you get to understand just how it works, the detection is very accurate for this kind of software but also I think it relies heavily on your phone’s hardware ability to work with the app.
