I started using this app a few weeks ago and my payment s would say in review for a few days and now they say withheld and haven’t gotten my money and haven’t been able to contact a representative. This app is garbage. IT’S VERY HARD TO CONTACT SUPPORT FOR ANY HELP! DO NOT USE.

So I’ve had this service since April and things were going pretty well but recently I’ve had some issues that I needed to contact customer service with(when using the app it would randomly give discounts that I didn’t approve) trying to find any customer service is impossible!!! Talked to QuickBooks people for multiple hours just to find out that it no longer supports this app, frustrating is an understatement!!! However the last woman I talked to at QuickBooks was very helpful….

i used this app at first thinking it was quick and easy, i received a lot of payments, no problem. the app said that id receive my money october 2nd 2025, only to come back 2 days later (today is the 4th) just for it to be withheld for no reason.. i read some things online about other people having the same issue and this freaking company closed other peoples accounts, refunded the customer, or didn’t give the money at all. this app owes me $310, everyone should just stick to square because they wouldn’t scam you like this. use at your own risk.

I genuinely like this app. The problem is, it regularly has bugs that are nearly unfixable due to the lack of help. 1) The worst one is that whenever a customer taps “custom tip” instead of using a pre-selected tip option the system will add the tip AND it will add the last used discount. This is a big issue because if you’re not paying attention, you could be mistakenly giving a customer a large discount =money lost! I’ve called about this issue multiple times and I always hear the same response “our engineering team is working on it.” 2) The screen freezes often and I have to exit the app and reopen it in order to click the “money in” screen or any other screen. 3) The tax will not always stay on- this is another issue because again, if you don’t notice in a rush there’s more money down the drain. 4) Now, today we began having an issue where none of the devices we normally connect to the Bluetooth reader are unable to connect to it. BUT they can connect to other things. What I’m trying to spell out is it’s not my devices, it’s the reader or the app. One thing about this that is very upsetting is I am getting charged more to process cards by typing them in manually… which I have no choice but to do unless I want to reject them if they don’t have cash. Moreover, what I am looking for is SOME FIXES!! Someone please help this app! It could be so good but I am struggling to find a reason to deal with these constant, costly issues. SOMEONE FROM THE TEAM CAN YOU HEAR ME?! Please. I’ve tried calling and it’s useless.

APP does what it should BUT it needs to be able to do split tenders. Sometimes customers pay partial cash and rest on credit card. Also need to make the app for IPad users that can work with epson tm-m300 styles receipt printers!

Worst customer service. Got approved on July 17th, made 2 transactions, both transactions were placed on review, account was closed on 19th (2 days later) no explanation why the account was closed. Called customer service, 40 min wait time. Was told its a business decision and funds will be released after 180 days. Asked for a supervisor, was told they do not have supervisors. Account closed with no explanation. Funds held for 180 days, no explanation. Rude customer service, no supervision. Never asked for any supporting documents to prove my case. Please look elsewhere. You don't want this headache

Tip setting in app does not work. It does not give my clients the option to leave a tip regardless of the tip setting being turned on. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times to no avail. I’m so over it that I just add the tip to the total amount, which makes more work for my bookkeeping each month. Kinda lame that so many customers have complained about this and it still the intuit app programmers do nothing and it continues to be an unresolved issue with this app. Fix it please!!!

The past month or so Intuit has been advertising Tap to pay on iPhone but every update I install there’s no Tap To Pay.
