Using as part of a 3 week IPSOS survey. This app is very buggy. Despite having my phone on, carried with me at all times and in a good signal area, it fails to record trips. To correct this I have tried to add trips manually, however this is infuriating as despite placing the curser in the desired location for a start or end point, it randomly places these elsewhere. A lack of detailed instructions just adds to the lack of thought and support that has gone into this. The value and accuracy of the data collected must be questionable.

This is one of the buggiest apps I have ever used. It records trips when there are none being made or doesn’t end a trip; cuts out mid-trip; won’t start a trip; sometimes won’t allow me to add trips; tells me to restart phone and app but the problem persists… I am trying to do a survey, but the app is not fit for purpose.

If I don’t go out for one day and confirm I didn’t the next day it won’t work have emailed about it but no reply

I found the app really easy to use and when I did for get my phone accidentally I put it on when I got home, the surveys were simple too. It didn’t cause much battery issues like other apps can do. I’m really happy I did this and would participate again!

Very accurate application but it severely eats into your battery

I just finished the 2 weeks and got my gift card the next day after completing the last survey. Nothing too difficult just had the app open the whole time as it recorded my movement. Only downside is it kills the phone battery quickly. Still would recommend for a nice reward.

I was invited to take part in this survey and I’m glad I did. The app was easy to download and set up. It recorded accurately. One day I had to enter my own journeys as it hadn’t worked, took a little while to figure out how to do it but not too long. Yes, it was a drain on my battery but I kept my phone in low power mode and it’s only for two weeks and you get a reward at the end. If I get the chance to do it again I definitely will.

Very pleased with the reward for using it but since receiving it I can’t access the surveys after my trips not sure if it’s a glitch or it’s ended? I’m still entering my trips so I guess I will just carry on and see what happens?

I thought this app was supposed to work independently in the background but it never picks up any journey I’m making.
