L’app per Apple Watch è pessima, non salva le sessioni di allenamento su iPhone, in più prende movimenti inesistenti e si perde i movimenti giusti

Un cambio en la forma de entrenar fuerza y los resultados salen si se hace bien, a falta de pulir y mejorar detalles muy contento con ella.

Con esta app mi entrenador me ha ayudado a mejorar mis rutinas de Gym! Super-recomendada si quieres tener una idea de cuanto peso deberías hacer y cuantas repeticiones adaptadas en busca de un mejor rendimiento . En lo personal la uso para lograr objetivos en mi rendimiento como cilcista.

No me mide el peso muerto, se queda pillado si marcar la repeticiones, tengo un iPhone 12 y no es nada fiable

The apple watch all is pretty much useless. Does not sync properly with the phone (to be able to use the paid pro version, I had to reinstall the app before every session). When trying to record a session it just stops the apple watch trainings and just randomly start/stops recording. So the watch app is pretty much a waste of money. Would definitely not recommend. I‘ve tried no for several weeks and will finally deinstall the app for good.
