You can now control your Roku or Now TV Device right from the iOS today screen using our Widget Remote this is just like the remote in the main app but you can get to it fast right from the today screen. See and launch all the channels on your device right from the app, all the installed channels on your Roku are shown and can be launched from the channels screen so you can instantly open your favourite app without going through a load of on screen menus. Where supported you can use the keyboard in the app to perform text input you your device to save you having to struggle with on screen keyboards. Got more than once device? not a problem you can switch between your different devices, see edit the name and save all your devices on the device screen. Custom Channels allows you to record remote inputs and save them to a channel so that you can automate common tasks and play them back with a single tap on the channel. For Roku Tv's that support it you can enable extra buttons so you can control the power volume input and other tv settings. Simple to setup just make sure your phone/iPod/iPad is connected to the same network as your Roku and it will appear on your devices page. You can give your devices a name by swiping left so you don't have to keep the serial number as a name and any devices you no longer have or use can be deleted. No widgets. Remote doesn’t even work. It’s connected but that is all.

The shortcuts option in the app makes the app crash when it tries to load the shortcuts for 43 inch Roku TVs and up.

JUST DO IT ALREADY. ADD THE VOLUME CONTROL FOR THE BIGGEST WIDGET. I WILL LITERALLY PAY FOR IT. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

This is really helpful as I recently lost my now tv remote I thought it would be cool if you added a feature where you can use the headphones connected to your phone
