This game is amazing! Has everything you want in a football gm game except it’s hard to build a good team right away. It takes a few years. The free agency is realistic with how if your team isn’t good, it’s rare to get a high ovr who is willing to join your team. Injuries in my opinion happen to much but it might just be me. Everything else is great. One thing I would like is to be able to play the newest one, but it’s not free so I’m not able too. I would love if soon you could make the newest one free so us people who don’t have money to spend on getting the newest one can play it. That would be very much appreciated. Thank you

My game won’t open occasionally. I’ll press the “load game” option and it’ll close me out of the whole game. To make it worse, I don’t get any of my teams back… I love this game and have spent wayyy over the recommended amount of hours on this game. Just fix that please!💯

Pocket GM2 is a great & fast way to manage a realistic roster and only have control of the game as a GM would. App is great to use, clean layout, and never gets old. One thing I would fix is the QB salary cap hit when they continue to go unsigned (they never decrease in value). Great game, thanks for making 🏈

Learned alot about football contracts and cap considerations from this game. Despite the title saying ‘21’, the game doesn’t havecontent related to any particular NFL season. So it’s basically a good game to pick up whenever you happen to be reading this!

I hope this review, my first of an app in a very long time, will result in some meaningful changes to the game engine. I have a lot of hours on the previous version of this game. 50 some odd years and a very successful recipe based on building a team with draft picks and avoid long term expensive contracts. With 21, there are many new features that are great additions like the ownership goals and potentially getting fired. However, the unrealistic parts relate to how your team performs against teams rated nowhere close your skill rating. Let me frame this for you: if you won a Super Bowl, and the next season you added players and made your team even higher rated than the year before, would you expect to have a successful year and a deep run in the playoffs? Drop your expectations, because you’re gonna get the number 1 draft pick with a team that won a Super Bowl the year prior. I read a similar story several times in the other reviews for this version but ignored it and purchased anyway. There is no point in investing the time to put a team together and research stats and draft picks if it doesn’t matter or translate to results. As I write this review, I’m heading to an off-season 2-15 after winning two super bowls in a row with the same team that has only gotten stronger through two off seasons. This is unrealistic and needs to be fixed. That said, I love this game and I hope this version continues to improve. But the player needs to be rewarded for putting a good football team on the field. In the meantime I’ll be going back to PGM 2020 to avoid banging my head against a wall.

This game honestly took me by surprise. I am a long time player of manager games, whether it be Football Manager, Out of the park baseball, Madden’s MyLEAGUE mode, etc. This game has all of the features you’d typically expect from a personal computer edition of a football manager game. The UI is beautifully done, and simplistic enough to where just about anyone can navigate it. The trading system is straight forward, contracts are easily understandable, and there are even multiple difficulty options if you’re having trouble playing the game or you want to make it a tougher challenge. Having said all that, you can pick this game up for $2, which is a great deal since these types of games normally go for around $5. Are there things that can be improved on? Sure there are. This is, however, a small indie developer that has created the perfect manager game for me to play on the go. 5/5

I love this game, it works out so well and is so addicting to play. The only thing I would have to say for the developer is that there is a cap space penalty if I go over, however, I had a team who went 52 million over the cap space and had a 93 overall team and went on to win 2 supebowls. If any team is over the cap as a computer player I believe there should be a huge penalty to prevent this. Especially if you’re 52 million over. Please look into fixing this! Anyway the app deserves 5 stars nevertheless. Also in the future i would love multiplayer, custom rosters on iPhone, and player editing.

I'm not a fan of annual releases without big changes, so I've moved away from a yearly release cycle. To make this make sense, I've renamed Pocket GM 21 to Pocket GM 2. This is then more obviously the prequel to the latest version - recently released as Pocket GM 3. Icon and game graphics updated to align to name change.
