SSL error can’t signup, Kia can’t even fix an issue with the App, I wonder what it tells about their cars and maintenance team. Booooooooiioiioooooooo

I cannot understand why Kia creates an app that has huge potential for their clients who own Kia vehicles, but they do not support it? I downloaded it two years ago in Australia and set it up on my Carnival Platinum, again in setup it asks about a module that seems like a ghost, no Kia distributor in NSW knows about it. But it let me set up anyway, and I could choose local distributors and service centres. There wasn’t much it could do in its limited mode but I was hopeful that Kia would use their global expertise to create a great app that would assist their clients in things like Road Side assistance as per warranty agreements? Now I find they do not even answer the emails requests or send password updates to a registered client even though you get a confirmation it is doing so! With my wife’s brand new Sorento, it doesn’t even let her register because it says her VIN doesn’t exist! Thanks for nothing Kia. Garry Garry

Unable to register my vehicle with the app, states my email is available the states it is in use when registering. Unable to use.

It doesn’t accept the vin number the puts up messages in other languages. Developers get your act together and get this working or take it of the App Store and tell dealers to stop pitching this app as an add on to the the technology of the car it’s a let down

Doesn’t accept a confirmed VIN with dealer. Also Bankstown KIA dealer not listed.

Won’t accept my VIN even though it’s correct. Guessing the app needs to be updated to accept newer models.

Wont even accept the vin and i have tried multiple times says it doesn’t exist snd i know it’s correct
