My Fitness is a universal application of your fitness club.
Available to you:
All the functions of your fitness club, class schedule, news, service purchases, information about trainers and much more;
Game adaptation to training. We will create a habit of training and a healthy lifestyle with the help of a special adaptation program that will allow you to get used to the fitness club faster and achieve your goals;
Fitness tracker, for counting steps, heart rate and calories burned per day.
You can connect any chest heart rate monitor and watch brands to the application: Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Mi Band, monitor your pulse in training online, monitor pulse zones. To collect information about steps, the application needs permission to track steps using the Health Kit.
Social network. You can add friends, monitor their activity, be their motivator. Add photos to your workouts and follow the sports news of your surroundings;
Communities of interest. In the app you can find new friends who share your sports preferences, compete with them on a regular basis, chat in telegram chats and meet in the offline gym;
Game mode. A universe in which you have to upgrade your digital avatar, get artifacts, arrange battles with friends, and fulfill the “I AM OK" activity norm every 10 days. We have developed a norm of physical activity for human health. By fulfilling the activity norm, you will get younger, improve your health and clearly see your progress.
In the game world, the game currency SZ is credited to you for steps and workouts. It allows you to get younger, buy new artifacts, participate in closed leagues and international championships.}
