Absolute worst company I’ve dealt with in the 18 years I’ve owned my restaurant. I’ve been waiting to hear back from my account manager for 5 months about why I’m being double charged every month. It took 2 WEEKS when I first signed up to get my credit card money deposited. They didn’t care and were hardly any help in fixing the issue. Printer is constantly showing error messages and when I chat with them they have no idea how to help. We have to google and research how to fix anything that goes wrong because if by chance you can get in touch with someone, they never know how to help.

Es una buena aplicación para restaurante. No he probado ninguna otra pero esta me encanta por la integración con Apple. Solo le faltan una mejoras que me gustaría tomaran en cuenta, pero no se a donde escribirles para eso.

Would give it zero stars if I could based on the terrible tech support. Took over 5 days and many hours on the phone trying to install their server. Ended up having to call my internet provider so resolve the issue. They were much more helpful than the lightspeed team. Very disappointing

Today they push one update to fix credit card payment screen .... the issue never got fixed with the update But there crappy fix broke functionality of adding tip amount pop up So instead of fixing they broke existing functionality again This is how they fix.......... full crap

Running a restaurant with an unreliable software is a nightmare. Two days already without any POS. I will keep you up to date. Remember that the service is not free and cost a small fortune. We are going through h...l. Customers being angry that we need to do everything by hand! Because of them we are getting bad customer satisfaction, bad reviews! The claim that they will grow our sales by 20% is absolutely falls. I am waiting for the outcome but we can definitely sue them for making false advertising statement!

Currently entering the code to open the app in a busy restaurant. But keeps returning to the ‘enter code’ page so app won’t open 😡
