Been using this for two weeks and feeling the results. A stronger pelvic floor and more control when I get the urges to go and less stress incontinance. It only takes two mins to do and you do need to concentrate on it for best effects.

For the first time ever I’ve managed to stick to doing my pelvic floor every day three times a day (age 49 😆)

The app icon isn’t sparking conversations around normalising incontinence, it just makes me embarrassed and feel like I’ll turn off the notifications which defeats the point. It’s not normalising it or celebrating women’s bodies, it looks like the logo for a toilet at a service station. I wasn’t sure if the 3 x day was for me as a pregnant person, or if that was for post partum. Also, will the exercises ever change? They’re quite repetitive. The choice of wording for men (from nuts to guts) cracked me up.

It is helping me to remember to do my exercises and since it times when to squeeze and when to relax, I find it very useful

Wish the developers would get the sounds to play at the beginning and end of the exercise. I do the exercises three times a day and the first one is ok, but after that the timing is out of sync. Would rate higher if the app worked properly.

I've been using a different app during my pregnancy but after seeing recommendations I thought I'd try this. It'd overall good, however a few features I found helpful in the other app I'm missing here, these just make it a bit more practical so it would be great if the app developers could consider introducing it. At the moment the vibration function doesn't work when the phone is silent. It would be good though, if someone doesn't need it it could easily be switched off. The other thing I'm missing is the vibration feature is missing in the short excercises, sounds play but if the phone is in silent mode you can only go by the view of the screen. Also I personally find the double vibrate on the start of a long squeeze distracting. One would be better I just find it makes me release the squeeze when I feel the second one. The bladder diary seems like a good feature, though I'm using the app for a different reason and it may be good to include a diary where you can make free notes or other notes relating to other common problems where pelvic floor excercises may be useful.

So many people are complaining about the app icon and the same excuse we get is that it helps open the conversation there’s no shame in it and it has been carefully chosen by the team, same copied pasted message, etc etc. Just listen to your users who paid money for the app. At least give us the choice to change the icon. I had to disable the notifications as during meetings the logo would just pop up, or even if I have my phone next to me while I’m working my colleague can just see a drawing of a woman about to pee herself popping up on my screen. The name of the app is already not helpful so please make an effort and listen to us instead of giving us the same excuse over and over again. It’s not that hard. This is so unprofessional

Great app, love the features. Really helpful to be reminded throughout the day. However, the icon for the app is so embarrassing that I’ve had to delete it. Each reminder brings up the icon on my screen. I don’t want everyone to see that I’m doing Kegel exercises. Bladder weakness is very personal and I’m a private person - if I wanted to share this information with someone I would. I don’t want everyone who can see my phone screen/Apple Watch to know that I have a weak pelvic floor! Totally unnecessary. A discreet icon would be so much more appropriate.
