Requires user to sign in repeatedly after selecting “save user”. No feedback after requesting update to fix sign in issues. App developer and TA couldn’t care less about user experience. In it for the $$ not the human

The awful app doesn’t remember login credentials. Must log out of the app re-login anything to do with TA crew connections is just terrible. What an embarrassment.

Crew Connex was HORRIBLE. TA Crew Mobile is even WORSE!! If I could rate it ZERO STARS, I would. Can you PLEASE allow us to sign in, and stay signed in with a SAVED PASSWORD???? App signs you out every time you close it.

The app will sign you out within minutes of signing in and it has no ability to remember your login info or use biometric sign-in. I sometimes can see only a city, but not a specific hotel, for a layover, even when I know there’s a reservation confirmed. My employer switched from CrewConnex to this, and this is much much worse. Unforgivably bad for 2025.

The interface of this app is truly awful. If they wanna be worth utilizing, they should just mimic crewconnex but with faster response times.

You have to hunt and peck for info on the app like hotel address and ride info. My work schedule isn’t readily included on the app. I hate this.
