I love this app for the coaching and training tips. I don’t love it for the music syncing. I use Apple Music normally, so I can’t sync my music with this app because of copyright issues. You can still listen to your own music while running though, you just have to keep your screen on the whole time. Love Coach Jeff! Thanks for helping me meet my running goals in a healthy way.

The main draw of the app is the ability to sync your music to your cadence, but it doesn’t work with Apple Music.

Encourages you to follow at your own pace and not push yourself beyond your limits and risk injury. I haven't felt like I couldn't keep up unlike with other programs I've tried in the past.
