L’applicazione velocizza e semplifica le richieste di supporto al contact center di Lottomatica.
Tramite la sezione STORICO è possibile seguire lo stato di avanzamento di ogni segnalazione.
Bastano pochi gesti per:
• Segnalare eventuali problematiche relative alle VLT presenti in sala
• Sbloccare le utenze del cask desk
• Validare i ticket di difficile lettura
• Accedere ai report contabili
Tramite l’app è possibile richiedere anche l’assistenza telefonica da parte di un operatore del contact center, basta selezionare la funzione CALL ME e inserire il numero di telefono sul quale si desidera essere ricontattati.
