I bought 50 minutes for IDD calls with $10, but before I even reached 50 minutes, it said it was already used up and I couldn’t make calls anymore. That’s really inconvenient for me. But I have no choice.still using M1

There is only 1 Maxx service Center at Jurong point. This is ridiculous. Pls allow all M1 shop to service Maxx line.

The sequence on activating new esim was wrong, which i did find it absurd for them to say first remove your esim on your old device when the correct one should be them advising you to get a new esim first. I KNOW esim can be used only once, what i didn’t know and was careless of was I DIDNT KNOW requesting for esim cannot be done via app and i had to call in, welcome to 2000. What was worse was that u had to sign up for a new line, a new number so you can call in, then they told me you need to have another number for verification cause they cant call you on this number, omg. Please step up your game.

Be careful with the eKYC scam. You can only activate eSIM using singpass. The program said we can activate using our EP card as an alternative for not using singpass. After purchasing it only I found that EP is not supported and we must use singpass to activate. Called support and he was very irresponsible for making a refund for this scam. Now I can only let the payment go to waste. Nice marketing by the way, I’m sure I’m not the first victim. You can take the money, I’m quitting.

If you’re newly arrived in SG and considering Maxx, look elsewhere. Their eKYC is not working so you can’t physically scan your ID. And you can’t register for Singpass without an SG phone number. And you need a local phone number to call Maxx for help. No whatsapp/online chat. So you’re stuck, and have already paid for the plan you bought with no option to register & activate the eSIM. Please FIX your EKYC!!!!!!!!!

Downloaded app to activation esim. Gets URLSession task failed with error: A server username with specific hostname cannot be found. Hotline is just a bot with no real assistance
