Manage your medications cost effectively in a hassle free manner with the Medication Log.
This simple app allows you to track and record your medications over the course of your medication. Comprehensive log sheets have been provided along with the month's calendar and meeting agenda sheets available in two different template formats.
The monthly calendar helps you organise your medicines on a daily basis. The checkmark feature allows the user to quickly highlight a specific day from the month and add key notes alongside. We plan to continuously update the app on a monthly basis.
Medication log sheets: Add and edit details of your medicines like date, dosage times, quantities, etc. Provision has also been given for you to add any special instructions alongside.
Separate sheets have been given, that record other details like the due date of the medicine, prescribing physician, etc. as well as details regarding side effects, refill no. and the pharmacy phone number. You can also email the sheets to your pharmacy,
The name of the medicine is automatically generated in these sheets, helping the user manage details in a hassle free manner. Just enter the medicine name in the first log sheet.
We have added simple sharing capabilities like email and print for all the sheets to help you make the efforts a collaborative endeavour. We hope you find our simple app productive and would like to hear your comments.}
