Features
Training Programs - Clients are provided with a 1-1 bespoke training plan tailored to their individual needs and goals. Clients work closely with Meg to develop knowledge surrounding fitness both in and outside the gym to enhance confidence, self-reliance and understanding throughout their fitness journey. Whatever your goal may be your training plan will be tailored to you specifically to help you get there.
Nutritional Advice / Meal Plans - How you fuel your body is the foremost significant aspect of your fitness journey. Clients will be offered nutritional advice as part of the coaching service to ensure you are eating enough of the right foods to help you achieve your goals and feel the best version of you from the inside out.
Weekly Check Ins - Share the responsibility for checking in with the progress you are making with weekly Check Ins with Meg. Together we will reflect on the week that has been, discuss wins, push points for the week that will be and take all your relevant measurements to keep you motivated and accountable throughout our journey together. Split the weight of responsibility with Meg to allow yourself to feel relaxed, assured and supported while achieving your goals.
A Friend to Rely On - Showing up for your gym sessions and striving for a nutritionally complete diet is only half of the journey itself. As a fitness AND lifestyle coaching service I acknowledge that as humans we experience emotions, situations and mindset battles that can more often than not be quite disrupting in pursuit of our goals. MEGGBCOACHING is a trainer and community to trust and confide in when you need it. A holistic approach to coaching means we acknowledge that your fitness journey is multi-faceted. It's not just about how you good you end up looking, it's also about how you feel along the ride. MEGGBCOACHING will be there for you because your fitness journey doesn't have to be a lonely one.
