Stress and anxiety can disturb our sleep. Lack of sleep and restful night can have profound negative effect on our health and well-being. Not enough sleep can make us more prone to sickness, make us more careless, decrease productivity, and make us more prone to even more stress and mental problems.
That’s why it’s important to build a simple habit of having enough sleep every day. However, we often have hard time falling asleep for many reasons (let’s say.. screen time!). There are so many people with insomnia or people who can’t have deep restful sleep that their body need.
So we create Mysa to help you overcome sleeping problems and make your sleep quality better.

- новый интерфейс для каждой планеты
- эффект Liquid Glass в честь iOS 26
- новое распределение музыки, чтобы каждая планета имела свою собственную музыкальную подпись
- добавлены новые композиции
