The lights are wonderful, the app is very minimal in what you can do. There is NO. WAY. to have lights turn off for good when you are gone. I don't like to leave lights on when I'm gone as I live in an apartment, but the app does not have a way for lights to stay off when you are gone. I asked on the app chat for help, and they admitted the app is limited and gave me a work-around that does not work. I have about 10 devices on the system and since they are all plugged into different outlets it's crazy to think that I have to go to every one to unplug separately to have piece of mind when I'm gone. PLEASE FIX!!!!!

I love the ambient lights (other than the fabric cord) and have been enjoying them, but the app does leave some to be desired. So far I haven’t found a way to set them to turn off automatically in the morning, etc. I don’t want to leave light on all day until sunset, when I’m not using rooms. So I wish (maybe there’s a way, but it’s certainly not clear) you could set the time for them to turn off in each room at a specified time. Right now I just have them all set to ‘off,’ and manually flip the switch on/off in the app as I enter/leave rooms. The ‘Light Cycle’ section is confusing as to what the heck you’re actually setting.

As someone who really cares about warm lighting these lights are spectacular. As others have stated, more control over the lights settings would be great. It would be nice for example to be able to control individual lights in a room versus having them synced all the time. It would be great to have more than just morning afternoon and evening—even being able to personalize light stage changes especially on weekdays vs weekends. I’m constantly having to update times of when want the lights to come on or go off but my BIGGEST gripe is that whenever I go to quickly edit a time it either turns the lights on or off completely. This morning was trying to wake up to the lights slowly and as I was setting the time the lights came on full brightness. All fixable, looking forward to seeing how this wonderful app and brand continues to evolve!

I just connected two ambients and one bulb. The lighting is very pleasing and sets the mood. The app, however, is lacking the ability to set more than three shifts (Morning, Sunset, Night). This greatly limits my ability to change the lighting from Wake-up to Morning to Sunset to Evening and the Off. There needs to be a way to add more “schedules” to the cycle, including by weekday/weekend. Once that’s available then I’ll happily provide 5 stars!

The lights are lovely however there is no ability to switch them on and off during the day, so when switched on they are on all day

App is overly simplistic which becomes a limitation in setting more complex settings and scheduling. Hardware seems decent but I would prefer to work with HomeKit vs dealing with this app. Will be returning.

I love the lights and the app makes set up breeze, but it’s not particularly full featured. Would love to see more control, such as an “away mode” for vacations, different schedules for weekends versus weekdays, etc.

Terrible app and product. For starters, only one person in your household can sync to the lights, so you are relying on that one person to be able to turn them on and off. The light cycle feature is also garbage. You can’t control the end times of any of the time chunks, so basically they want you to have this light on 24/7? Yeah I’m not paying for that kind of electricity usage. Also, the cords on these lights are in the worst spot-the side of the actual light so if you are trying to angle the light but need to reach a plug, it’s impossible to get the angle of the light perfect. Not a very well thought out product or app.

The lights themselves are amazing, great color ranges and the sunset/sunrise syncing works great. What’s a little lacking is the app. It doesn’t have many options as far as schedules go. I wish you could differentiate between weekdays and weekends. Once quality of life improvements come I’ll definitely come back and update to 5/5 stars! Update 11/05: a new bug has popped up where it’s resetting my color choice, also no app update.
