Insane One Tap Rhythm Game
Description (
Characters: 978 of 4000
)
Blast Beats is an Insane 1-Tap Rhythm Game with a Power Packed Soundtrack & Retro Pixel Art Aesthetic. How to Play Insert a coin into that tiny pocket on your jeans. Why do they have those little tiny jean pockets? It’s not like you can fit anything useful in there. Actually that’s not true, it is great for holding guitar picks. Then, tap when a note is in the target, and that is how you play the game. Features • 15 Heart Pumping Tracks • 70 Unlockable Friends 4 Life! • 1 Video Dev Series “Let’s Make an Insane Rhythm Game” • Several Ads! I guess that’s not really a feature so much… It’s as easy as taking candy from a baby. But really who gives a baby candy, and why are you even thinking of stealing it? You animal! Are you really going to be able to enjoy the taste over that child’s cries? I doubt it, but you can enjoy this game through the tears of joy that’ll be streaming down your face. It’s okay big fella. Let it all out. Thanks for playing! Nick Moby Pixel}

I've come back to make a second comment after finally passing some levels and tried out the harder levels. The character in the middle proved to be as distracting as the fading hexagon. Since rhythm game players tends to focus on the place the notes come from(in this case the middle of the screen) to be able to to read the patterns ahead, the character vibing would overlap the notes and therefore very hard to read the pattern, even more with fast patterns that are commonly used in harder levels. The songs also go on for a long time(in a rhythm game standard), since this game requires hyper focus to read the notes the player's focus tends to wear down before the half way point of the level, at that point it's even hard to tell if the notes are 4 or 5 in a row...... Along with the fading hexagon this game became a nightmare to play. Personally I would also like to have tapping sound effects in the game, it's a bit hard to tell if I tapped or not with the stuff stated above so I'm relying on my finger nails tapping sound during my playing. Also maybe if we can choose the characters that appear that would feel more awarding unlocking new characters. It's really sad how this game is so mentally draining to play when the music and the cute art styles are so good. I have to stop after continuously playing three or four levels because I felt physically dizzy after it. Hope there will be future updates on the game!
