The app is amazing but why do I have to transfer funds from quick save to a goal for me to withdraw?other than this the app has really helped me improve my saving skills

It has helped me learn how to save even small amounts as low as 5 bob. It has also helped me learn how to set targets for myself. I also use it as a sinking fund and it helps me not ‘eat into’ my savings.

A few things I wish someone told me: ⚫️Savings over KES 100 incur a transaction fee. ⚫️You’d think “I’ll recover those in the interest” but the interest wasn’t significant. Let’s say it’s due to the short duration of the challenge and some inconsistencies in the top ups. ⚫️Withdrawals also have a fee… which ate up into the intereat earned I’d say. I’ll stick around for the gamified challenges and maybe try saving for a longer period (& definitely more consistently). We hope to see the bank payment option active.

Yeap! I did the envelope challenge and saved KES 8100. Transaction fees to the account cost me KES 57. I had earned an interest of KES 115 but when I went ahead to withdraw the KES 8215, I received KES 8070 inclusive of KES 40 for withdrawal from the account. So I got less than I had saved and the interest… I guess that wasn’t meant to be mine. There are really better ways to save.

The transaction fees on this app is just absurd considering the interest earned isn’t much and the money you guys says is going to reflect in my mpesa after withdrawing is not the same ,it’s less!! This is actually theft I would not recommend!!
