so you are planning to shut this down but you keep it on the app store? also the app formatting is clearly not made for newer devices, the bottom has a menu that is barely visible with the colors that are used, the shows icon freezes after scrolling for a bit and there is barely any shows for a full app.

I like the shows especially get out of my room, but it makes my device freeze and it’s hard to maneuver in the channels category,ever since I downloaded the app my whole device has been slow. Please fix!

There are some shows that are listed on the Shows section, but you have to guess where on the bottom bar that is based on any inferences you may have gathered, if that. You can only scroll so far there until it freezes. Not only that, there are some listed shows (like Barney and Kody Kapow) that appear on the menu of shows but no videos are available for them. It depends on whether you are signed up to your television provider when it comes to how well it works overall, but there are certain shows with only trailers, clips, and/or an episode or two. I understand why Cocomelon isn’t on the menu since it is not owned by the Universal Kids property but Moonbug rather, but it would be nice for there to be more variety of shows run on the Universal Kids channel. New original shows would really spice up this show, especially if it leads to more of a balance of shows for different ages. I am definitely not going to argue that this is the same as Sprout, as it certainly wasn’t, but both that and Universal Kids have made their own share of memories. It would be nice for more updates to be done on the app, though. Clips are available to watch without a cable provider, but otherwise, if you don’t have cable (and even if you do), Peacock would be a more preferable choice…even the free version…and it’s also owned by NBCUniversal. Feel free to check out some of the videos for the shows on this app on YouTube as well. Keep in mind that episodes are available only with cable providers, but consider the fact that different stations have licensing agreements that might not allow for watching free of charge or even with a subscription. If you are outside of the US, don’t expect to watch much of anything, but Universal Kids is a US channel. For those who felt that this was too long and therefore either didn’t read that much of it (if any) or scrolled to the bitter end, that is OK. This review is here for advice that you can go by and all for the best. Thank you for your time.

My kid loves shows on this app and this application fails every time. Its so frustrating as a parent. The shows dont play, says to log in when the account is logged in already. I have to uninstall and reinstall to even log out of the provider because the log out button doesn't even work. Fix YOUR APP!! I

I saw a commercial on TV for this app and the commercial lead me to believe that a show called find me in Paris was on this app and so I downloaded it and I discovered that the specific show is not on there in my opinion you either need to change the commercial or add find me in Paris I would rather you add the show find me in Paris on the app because I really would like to watch it! 😄but you do have a few shows in here that look entertaining but would you please add find me in paris😁
