In my school i used to be bullied they took my punch many hit me take my bag and let me tell them the answers but when I started I trained so much and the 1 month later I beat him up and his 3 friends they all got a black eye the main bully lost his tooth and I knocked him out so thank you Muay Thai

Çok iyi egzersizler ve teknikler var, animasyon ve videolu anlatım daha da faydalı olmuş. There are very good exercises and techniques, animation and video explanations are even more useful.
