Wildly inaccurate in identifying US postage stamps and variants (have not tried international issues). The AI generated information is lacking; it can identify the denomination (which you can do by LOOKING AT THE STAMP) and the character (“…this is George Washington, the first US president…”)which is neither informative or useful. Does not use market values, but gathers the range of asking price available on sites such as eBay, despite actual sales price. This app will actually include incorrect stamps in the valuation phase of function. This app uses no actual philately logistics. It’s a fluff piece for gullible consumers.

It would be nice to see the Value of a Saved Stamp in a collection Under the Stamp Name and I would like to be able to filter the collection by Value (High or Low), this would then get 5 Stars Review from me!

The app is really perfection with the stamp information it provides. However the app does not allow you to create a “collection” from the “history” of stamps you have already photographed. You can’t go back and organize photos of your stamps into collections. You must create a collection for that stamp at the time you first photograph it. And, there is no “Help” feature. Thank you.

I have a stamp that you can see the double frame my father bought in Zurich a philatelic and the app didn’t recognize the error. Now , I am wondering all the previous stamps that I scanned how accurate they were?

I scanned a common British second class stamp. The app identified it but priced it between $1 and $23! It required a paid upgrade to be more precise.

This is decent. I tried it the archive a big stamp collection, but it doesn’t seem to actually save a pic of my stamp, rather it finds a reference and pits that in your collection. That is a poor design. I’ve switched to ChapGPT doing my search and archiving. Much more detailed. I’d pass.

I was only able to check/evaluate two stamps before the app refused to go any further without purchase. I get it, also It seems like a solid app, however as far as being “free” or even the first one to show up when using search phrase “free app for _____” …. Look elsewhere if you want “free to use“. Peace to my peeps.
