This is the first crochet app I’ve used but I’m disappointed. I accidentally paid for the full year $35 and it’s not worth it. The progress counter doesn’t stop even when I think it has. I’ll pause it when I go to bed and wake up to it saying I’ve been crocheting for 8 hours. The lock screen counter and in app counter don’t match up when that happens. You can’t see all the pictures of your pattern when you’re on the screen where you can keep track of rows, so that’s useless. It’s hard to figure out where to add and view photos. The progress percentage is difficult. It’s overall not user friendly.

Loopsy is an amazing app with thoughtful features and a really intuitive layout. I genuinely love how it’s designed and how easy it is to track patterns, yarn, and projects. From a functionality standpoint, it’s one of the best crafting apps I’ve used. Unfortunately, the biggest issue I’m running into is cloud sync and support. The app states there is no login because it uses Apple ID for syncing across devices. I use three Apple devices under the same Apple ID, yet nothing syncs properly. My iPhone has my patterns, my work iPad has my yarn stash, and my personal iPad has nothing synced at all. Even my iPhone and work iPad won’t sync with each other. I’ve reached out to support via email and text more than 10 times and have only received two responses. So far, nothing has been resolved or fixed. That lack of follow-through has been really disappointing. I want this app to work because I truly love it, but paying for premium doesn’t make sense when one of the core advertised features—cloud sync—doesn’t function reliably. I’m getting close to requesting a refund if this continues, which is frustrating because this app has so much potential. If the sync issues were resolved and support more responsive, this would easily be a top-tier app.

It says it is a weekly charge of 4.99, a week is 7 days. They charged me every 4 days. Would not recommend this app.

subscription is a great price for a yearly deal and seriously worth it. i did the free trial and will be continuing to stay subscribed. so easy and user friendly, organization that you wouldn’t believe. tracks everything you could need to track and makes life so much easier when it comes to staying organized with projects. it’s also ad free via the in app browser which is awesome. could not recommend more for people who love crochet, especially those with ADHD.

Can’t start looping for project patterns because I keep getting a pop up asking if I want to sign up for the loopsy pro. How about let me see if I even like the app before I start paying for it? Deleted right away. I’ll continue to utilize YouTube instead.

I love everything about this app! it allows you to compile all of your patterns in one place and keep track of progress and how many projects you’re working on at the same time! it saves so much space in my brain and notebooks lol

for the subscription and price, I was expecting a bit more. It was a little bit too hard to try to input my patterns. And even when I had previously written patterns that I wanted to upload, the algorithm wouldn’t pick them up. it’s advertised a little bit better than what it does, but it’s not terrible.

This app is a scam! Payment is required! Makes you go through several questions to determine what you’re looking for in crochet/ knitting. All to summarize exact answers you put on the questions 🙄 Requires you to rate!!! Before trying out!!! And immediately jumps to require payment demoing the app
