Digital Dining is a complete iPad or iPhone POS and back office management solution from Menusoft Systems Inc. who have been evolving and developing this product for over 30 years. Digital Dining has many components to its back office product including Inventory, Labor Scheduling, Loyalty, Financial Analysis and much more. Their store and multi-unit reporting engine allows them to produce reporting native in Crystal, Excel and XML. Digital Dining has a number of reports that allow operators to manage their operations more effectively and efficiently.
With their Dashboard product, they also have a web-based reporting tool for Inventory, Labor Scheduling, and a variety of other critical needs. It can also monitor trends, maintain security, and be customized to suit the individual operator’s needs and offers web-based access. Any report created by an operator can be added to the Dashboard as a graph or report and items on the Dashboard may be moved and organized any way the operator chooses. The Dashboard allows an operator to monitor trends by viewing same-day sales from year to year. It maintains security by enabling the user to view fraud alert reports listing unauthorized voids, high tips, transfers, "no sale" transactions, and more.
The current generation of Digital Dining is the most technologically advanced complete POS product available on the market. DIGITAL DINING’s Go Mobile solution for iPhone®, iPod touch®, iPad® and the ipad mini will increase a restaurant’s performance, streamline its efficiencies, and thus increase profits. The iTouch POS enables servers to take and fire orders in high volume venues without ever leaving the dining area or running to and from a stationary terminal. The Go Mobile App is fully integrated with DIGITAL DINING’s standard suite, so you can add it to existing networks quickly and easily. The interface is consistent with the standard POS, so servers can start using it with almost no extra training. Go Mobile also allows credit card transactions to be completed on the iPad POS and iPhone POS using the same card reader used in Apple Stores®. This optional device has an extended battery and built-in protective frame, so they are ideal as a restaurant POS.
Digital Dining Go Mobile allows you to interact with your Digital Dining Point of Sale System using your iPad, iPad Mini, iPod Touch and iPhone devices. At the restaurant you can mix and match devices as well as conventional fixed terminal POS terminals.
