[System Function Optimizations]
1. Patrol: Now, When automatically restoring Fortune with resources, use free Gold to restore chances first as always.
2. Balls: Now you can select multiple Lovers to attend the Balls.
3. Alliance Notifications: The Alliance Notification display has been moved to the Alliance channel, and up to 3 notifications can be set at the same time.
