Great app, I’ve completed a few albums and was on the verge of completed more when the Facebook login stopped working and that since a good 3 weeks now. Quite frustrating so will definitely need an urgent fix. Thanks

My son and I love this app and are collecting and swapping our way through the premier league album. Recently however, we have not been able to log in as when I signed up I used my Facebook account to login. This method now seems to be broken so we can’t login any more. Please fix?

My account was set up with a Facebook login. This login has suddenly become inaccessible for the last few weeks with no fix happening. Lost all my digital albums very annoying.

I’ve had this app for years now. Since starting it I have actually managed to finally collect 100% for every album (latest one was the Premier League one for 2023 which I completed about 2 weeks ago). On paper it’s a brilliant app and when you first start out it’s as you’d expect-empty album and each pack you open adds more to the collection. I also managed to get everything without buying a single pack! In short you get a free pack each day and also, if you’re lucky AND persistent, you can swap with other users. However, the swapping side of things is awful! Don’t believe anything the developers tell you that they’re soon going to make an easier swap-system. They’ve told me that for nearly two years and that’s WHEN they even reply. I’ve sent around 10 messages to ‘Support’ and only ever had ONE reply and that was in response to the swap system asking if I was missing something. Even a 10-year old could design something easy to swap your ‘gots’ for ‘needs’. You could search for another user or friend that you know their game name but no-everything is down to a random and limited return of users who may currently have the card spare in their collection-but here’s the kicker, they may not even be active so you end up waiting 24 hours to find out there’s been no response and no way of communicating with them either. You also can’t search for more users when you want to swap your sticker-you get something like 10 results and that’s it. Oh, and if you do happen to find a user that does actually complete a trade, the chance are you’ll never see them again. No saving their profile for the next swap because you know they’re active and as keen as you are to complete their albums, no chat option to be able to ask if they have any swap deals that might both work-nothing. It’s like they disappear into the ether. I even started making notes of users who DID swap and clearly were active so that when you’re given the option to pick from the random 10 users generated on each swap, I might recognise a name and send the swap to them again so I know I’m not wasting 24 hours of waiting on someone that doesn’t even play the game anymore-but names never came up again. It’s like you were being punished. I suggested many times simple ways to improve the app and like I say I got one reply from Spain (I think) saying a new change was coming-that new change appears to be a deactivated app! I even went to the trouble of created a Facebook group ‘My Panini Digital Collection App Swap Group’ (join up if you want I’m still active from time to time on there under Matt Wall) but that didn’t attract enough users based on the App still not having a way to find one another and do specific swaps. Yes you could join a group on the App with other users which seemed the perfect way to swap-but then there was no obvious option to then instigate a swap with the other users so you end up just being part of a swap group that can neither talk to one another or swap stickers! Literally it came down to bombarding users with requests till I got a random taker (often meaning I had to swap 3 of mine for 1 of theirs to get noticed) or by fluke a ‘need’ dropped in from a daily free pack. Trust me though, sometimes I’d go nearly a year before my last ‘need’ card dropped from a free pack and there’s no way statistically that every day of opening packs it wouldn’t drop WAY earlier (literally I was on this app daily multiple times-that sounds much sadder than it sounds lol). Anyway, I’m assuming the app is now dead (although for some reason, even though my usual way of logging in via the Facebook choice at the loading screen now shows the app as being deactivated, if I choose another way to log in-say using gmail from the other choices they give you-it actually loads the app up!). However I was sad to see that I am then at zero collection and all the albums are empty again. Great if I want to start again I guess but for how long before it shuts down on that option too? Genuine shame. When I did first play it I loved it as it takes you back and the idea of new albums coming out or you seeing a ‘need’ in a daily pack brings all the joy out you used to have as a kid. I can’t find any other official sticker swap app that’s worth playing but for some reason the developers just don’t take any notice of messages (latest one I sent was 2 weeks ago and you just get a screen reply saying your message has been sent and they will be in touch) and also the swap system is useless. Go for it if you don’t mind games taking forever and good luck. Contact me on the My Panini Facebook group if you want! Oh one last thing! You suddenly might get an announcement saying the free album packs are due to end in less than a month so you end up focussing all your efforts on that album? I’ve literally just noticed that by logging in via a different option that all the albums are still sat there for me (as effectively now a brand new collector) so be interesting if this is just a ploy to get you to actually spend real money in buying the last few needs you require which is something they do offer. Wouldn’t surprise me as this is probably a legal gambling loophole where they can’t force people to pay real money to complete a collection if they offer free packs and reduce the percentage chance too much of it dropping randomly…but they can make out it’s going to stop to panic collectors and potentially force them into paying out for the final needs before the ‘deadline’ expires! Good luck and hopefully one day I may end up swapping with you…IF the devs actually listen to the users and change the system for the better :)

J’ai acheté 3x de suite 100 coins pour finir de compléter mon album (il me manque 4 images), j’ai été débité 3x avant que l’application affiche une erreur et me demande de réessayer ! Résultat : J’ai 0 coins, il me manque toujours les 4 images et j’ai perdu 4€

Spesso mi segna che i codici per le figurine digitali non sono validi anche se appena sbustati dal pacchetto. C’è un problema

not the best app tbh when i want to scroll the stickers to see which ones i can swap , it lags and shows me either oversized stickers or players from the wrong club eg, i scrolled till wolves they show man united . its fustrating and even when u wait for a while it kicks u out of the app. even worse, i have to key in my username and password EVERY DAY because this stupid app keeps logging me out even when i out keep me signed in

Ayer me cree una cuenta de esta aplicacion y al dia sigiente s me perdio la cuenta y mis cromos arreglar eso porque si no os vais a quedar en la ruina

Pessima applicazione non c’è niente di intuitivo molti bag veramente deludente.
