Terrible app. Opened it up and put zone and license plate in and tried to pay and it said “couldn’t create session” constantly. On WiFi or cellular. Uninstalled and used web instead

App over complicates the process of paying for parking. And if you need help, you hit the jackpot with their zero help customer service. Avoid using if you can. If you are using to collect parking tolls, please consider alternate options.

This app is designed TO GIVE YOU TICKETS. You have a 1/4 of getting a ticket even if it charges your bank, and you’ll have to pay both the parking ticket and parking fee. If you close the app while it’s still processing a payment, or even for a few seconds after paying, it won’t go through and you’ll get a ticket. If you click “max time” it only automatically selects about 15 min, so if you don’t notice then you’ll get a ticket. It only gives you an alert about ending parking time ONCE, 10 minutes before, with no way to change it, so if you don’t set a second timer for when parking is actually up to move your car or extend time, then you’ll get a ticket. It also doesn’t detect if the same car is already booked on a street before accepting payment, so it’s easy to double charge yourself for parking (my bf does parking in the mornings, I do afternoons). Awful app.

I used to love passport! Super convenient - until it suddenly stopped working altogether, with me standing next to my car attempting to pay for a spot, in a lot with no functional parking meters. I tried multiple, working credit cards, verified the numbers repeatedly, and received the same error: Payment Failed, unable to process payment. I continued to troubleshoot on the train, to no success. If it’s a geolocation featured, please stop making it attached to wherever your phone has you tagged. My geolocation was marked slightly out of the structure, so maybe this was the issue, but the application worked fine for me while walking to a train before out of a garage. Also, the message I received from your support team while sending in a ticket to try to get help on this was actually insulting. If I get a ticket, I’ll see yall in small claims court :)

App has developed a bug where if you have multiple vehicles in your profile, it doesn't prompt anymore for which vehicle. seems to just use the last vehicle that was selected. The only workaround was to delete all the other vehicles, except for the one I was paying parking for at that time.

It’s the title, I’m not agreeing to all that nonsense in the T&C and privacy policy to park for an hour. I get it, nobody reads these, and lawyers are gonna maximally protect their clients, but nah… this shouldn’t be normalized just to park a car.

god awful app i dont know how it has such high star reviews. terrible ui, terrible support, doesnt even let you pay half the time.

My train station parking lot uses this app and no longer uses the parking space slots for cash. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay a convenience fee when this is the only option for me to pay for parking. I know it’s only 35 cents but it add up when you have to ride the train multiple times a week.
