Terrible support. I got stuck on adding a card, first there’s no ui to let the user know that you have limited attempts. Then I couldn’t add a card after 3 attempts, they say to contact support but there’s no support . You have to wait very long for someone to get back to you . I don’t know about the app but my first experience sucks.

Have to update, download and re login too frequently. Even more annoying when needing to make a purchase but have to update. Just build a version that is stable!!

Honestly one of the worst apps ever! Every month it either crashes or you have to download a new version of it and you’ll be at the store trying to pay and suddenly you can’t access your account! Awful!

Firstly I said forgot password sends OTP apply and then login : I login says invalid email/ password. Then I say forgot email reset it takes me to login same thing invalid email/ password I GIVE UP WITH THIS STUPID APP

I don’t know how many times you have to update this app almost every month you have to update and it is annoying that you want to use the app and it will tell you you need to update

Love the new app guys, it is so easy to navigate around . I really love the new categories about Home / Medical / Entertainment. Etc. and also the one about Trending Stores. Thank you.
