I paid 1699 for this app to be able to upload audio and have it transcribe, and it was not successful. It does not function at all. The description said, I will be able to upload audio and have it transcribe, but I was not able to, and I wasted my money, and I did not have it to spend, if I would’ve been able to give it zero stars I would’ve, but I gave it one star

I was searching for a practical way to transcribe my thoughts filed on my audio recorder and extracted a text well spelled in French. It works perfectly with this app that has an incredible price! Gold my friends! Try it!

If youre a doctor / lawyer type and want to take verbal notes then get text. Uh.. well it works. sort of. *The start dictation piece didnt work. i was expecting the cursor would blink and i could talk and it would transcribe. Heard the beep but didnt work. *If you feed it in a MP3 file with your voice and no background noise. it works 95% well! *If you feed it a song with music around the words, quality goes down to MAYBE 10-15% accuracy. They need a song filter where it can separate out the music and mute that and amplify spoken words and extract the words. So it will work but not to transcribe song lyrics as i had hoped and bought it for. Maybe ill use it still someday. Hope they keep making it better.

Uses Apple's OS built-in voice-to-text capability. Performs well on voice files I exported from screen-recorded videos I created on my Mac using apple wired headset. Not perfect, but did not expect it to be. Provides me with a good starting text file that I then edit. Saves me lots of time manually transcribing voice files, with no online connection needed and no recurring transcription fees. No problem trsnscribing 20minute-long audio files (my longest so far,) which required about 15min30sec to transcribe, not sure what is the max length of the audio file it will transcribe. You can also transcribe on the fly from voice to text without first ctreating an audio file. Not alot of bells and whistles, but a good basic, and very affordable, transcription tool.

So they way that I think this app is working is by using the internal VoiceOver engine of siri to letting it transcribe little by little each part of the audio file previously recorded. The transcription is not amazing, however this apps makes exactly what I need by that moment. A "silent-continous-self dictator, for transcribing of a voice file from a interview"

Only transscifbed about half of the audio file in the blurb I cant seen any resquitrictions If there is a maximum length of audio file it needs to be made clear. Not worth the money - yesit was only £2.99 old adage you get what you pay for

Considering this is an app I paid for the quality of the speech conversion is absolute trash. Most of the things it spells out make absolutely no sense and you end up spending more time correcting the text than it would have taken to just write it all down yourself.

Trascrive si, ma bisogna rivedere e correggere tutto. Mica troppo contanta, si perde un sacco di tempo

Several errors while trying to open the audio and when it does, it only transcribes like 1 minute and freezes. It is a waste of money. So disappointed!
