My experience with J&T has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The delivery service is consistently unreliable—packages are either delayed without explanation or marked as “attempted delivery” even when no one actually showed up. It’s frustrating to wait days or even weeks with no real updates. Customer service is just as bad. Reaching out for help feels pointless because the agents either provide generic responses, bounce you around, or completely ignore the actual issue. Instead of resolving problems, they just create more inconvenience. The Mobile app is basically useless. It rarely updates tracking information accurately, crashes often, and provides no meaningful help when orders go missing or are delayed. What's the point of having an app if it can't even show correct delivery status? Overall, J&T has shown zero reliability, zero accountability, and zero improvement. I definitely would not recommend their service to anyone who values their time or belongings.

the best courier i’ve ever encountered , booking for pick up is so easy and less hassle , because they have an apps .. transactions are very fast and on top of that, they also offer shipping discount na mura na mas pinamura pa 🥰 im not switching anymore .. i’m j&t express forever my courier

Every time I open the app there is a five second advertisement for J&T fun run or J&T tiktok. These are completely useless to me and it is five seconds of my life completely wasted. I am in the app trying to track packages or send packages, not be advertised to. I wish they would put this information in a banner on the homepage, NOT an advertisement that plays every time I open the app. There are already TOO MANY unskippable advertisements in the world, why is it in my courier app?

Very rude and not understanding J&T caller. One rider is rude too. Not even saying thank you for small tips. I hate the service of the caller. Super rude.

Tagal nyo mag refund ng nawala nyong parcel ko, daming rason ng staff nyo. Pag nag declare sana kayo ng lost bayaran nyo na kaagad kayo na nga nag declared na lost tapos patatagalin nyo po.
