MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TIMER
A timer is a vital tool for meditation. Set the metronome, the background sounds and music, and do so much more.

BREATHING EXERCISES
Meditation is inextricably linked to breathing. To practice it, you can use our special breathing exercises with a variety of difficulty levels.
