This app fails to deliver even the most basic functions expected from an airline application. Booking is unreliable, flight information is inconsistent, and critical features such as managing bookings and online check-in frequently do not work or are confusing. Similar issues persist on the official website, including problems with online bookings and transaction confirmation. These are not isolated incidents but long-standing, repeatedly reported issues. Such systemic weaknesses significantly undermine user trust and are unacceptable for a commercial airline.

There were no add on for sport equipment on this app and this airline charged me 4 million IDR for surfboard at the airport counter I have contacted to them by email and WhatsApp but no response from both Absolute scam

Please don’t book this airline as their customer service is not responsive at all and their representative are not professional enough for handling on the delay and cancellation! Impacted passengers transfers to shabby hotel/guest house at the unsafe area! No official apologies from their management or representative! just pilot keep repeating apologies..its not enough bro! I won’t fly with your airline anymore!

NOT RECOMMENDED I’m extremely disappointed with Batik Air. My flight was originally scheduled for 11:15 PM, but they changed it to 2:05 AM the next day without any proper explanation. I had a connecting flight to my next destination with enough time in between, but because of this irresponsible schedule change, I’m now going to miss my connection and will have to pay $1200 extra to reach my destination. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. It shows how unreliable this airline is. My recommendation to anyone flying with Batik Air is to keep at least 6 to 7 hours gap if you have a connecting flight — or better yet, avoid this airline altogether if you don’t want your travel plans ruined.

This app basically can do nothing for you. Neither does the website. Make sure to buy luggage with the ticket or else it is impossible.
